Export Registration Certificate (ERC)

The Export Registration Certificate (ERC) is the primary legal authorization required for any individual or business entity wishing to export goods or services from Bangladesh. Issued by the Office of the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports (CCI&E), this certificate is a mandatory prerequisite for engaging in international trade, opening Export Letters of Credit (L/C), and accessing government export incentives.
